JSCH delegation visits FTZ in SIP for a survey

A delegation from Jiangsu Commission of Health (JSCH), led by JSCH Deputy Director Lan Qing, visited SIP on Oct 30 for a survey on the development of medical and health services and biomedical projects in China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone Suzhou Area, a new free trade zone established in SIP in September.
 
Accompanied by a number of local officials, the delegation members visited SIP Xinghu Hospital, Jiuling Apartment, Jiuling Nursing Home and BioBAY Exhibition Hall where they acquired a good knowledge of local medical and health care facilities and projects. 
At the later symposium, SIP Administrative Committee Deputy Director Xia Fang gave the guests a specific introduction to the development of medical and health services and biomedicine businesses in SIP and the local authorities’ plans aimed at accomplishing more outcomes in the fields relying on the new FTZ. 
 
Lan congratulated SIP on its achievements so far, and offered advice on introduction of large-scale medical equipment, application of new biotechnologies and other measures that can help bring about more outcomes in the fields. He also disclosed that JSCH will delve deeper into related researches to provide more support for the reform and innovation in medical and health services and biomedicine development in the FTZ.
