SIP recently won the Singapore FinTech Award for Cooperation as a partner for strategic Sino-Singaporean cooperation in developing financial technology that can help improve activities in finance.

SIP has been making great efforts to propel cooperation between China and Singapore in innovation in the finance sector. Below are several examples.

 

SIP is the first area in the country to pilot a series of cross-border financial services that have shown good effects in facilitating cooperation between Chinese and Singaporean financial institutions and businesses in trade and investment.

On the other hand, SIP welcomes Singapore’s financial institutions to establish their branches in it and encourages local financial institutions to enter Singapore’s financial market.

Moreover, SIP is highly motivated to host and take part in various events designed to promote exchange between the two countries in finance. Recently, a number of SIP-based fintech companies are making preparations to attend the Singapore FinTech Festival 2019 to be held in Singapore from Nov 11 to 15.
