SIP was recently designated one of eight “Pilot Areas for Deepening Comprehensive Reform in Building Harmonious Labor Relations” by the country’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and therefore started to shoulder the tasks to try and develop innovative labor relation coordination systems, mechanisms and methods to provide experience that can be rolled out nationwide.

It is learnt that SIP was declared one of the country’s “Comprehensive Pilot Areas for Building Harmonious Labor Relations” on Dec 25, 2015, and has made remarkable achievements in that respect. This has laid a solid foundation for it to take on the new role to contribute more to the development of labor relations in favor of better economic development.
