SIP-FMSB hosts meeting to facilitate cooperation between banks and financial leasing companies

SIP Financial Management Service Bureau (SIP-FMSB) on Sept 4 hosted a meeting in an attempt to facilitate cooperation between local banks and financial leasing companies in providing inclusive financial services based on the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone Suzhou Area which, mainly located in SIP, is part of the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone newly established in East China’s Jiangsu province. Representatives from China Citic Bank Suzhou Branch, SIP Financial Leasing Industry Association and six financial leasing companies were present.
 
At the event, an SIP-FMSB staffer gave the participants a specific introduction to the new free trade zone and SIP authorities’ plans aimed at driving further development of financial services. The staffer underlined that SIP authorities encourage banks and financial leasing companies to join hands in providing innovative financial solutions to lend businesses, especially those of micro and small sizes, a hand in financing.
After that, the enterprise representatives discussed a series of common problems they have encountered in offering financial leases, and the participant from China Citic Bank Suzhou Branch promised that they will make study on the enterprises’ needs and try to figure out effective cooperation modes.
