SIP Jinji Lake CBD Labor Supervision Brigade on Aug 14 offered a training session to the HR personnel from over 30 local enterprises, expounding on the latest procedures for enterprises to register their collective agreements with SIP Labor and Social Security Bureau.

It is learnt that the bureau launched a set of online procedures early this month for registration and renewal of collective agreements signed between local employers and employees’ representatives (usually from trade unions or staff associations) that allow negotiations of terms and conditions like pay and working hours. This is to save enterprises time and efforts in related operations and improve the bureau’s supervision efficiency so as to better protect local employees’ rights and interests.
At the event, the trainer gave the enterprise representatives a detailed account of the online registration and renewal procedures and the tips they need to follow to go through the procedures, and answered their inquiries.
