SIP Party Working Committee holds mid-year meeting

SIP Party Working Committee held a mid-year meeting on July 26, looking back on its work over the first half of the year and making deployment for future work. A number of officials from local authorities at different levels and enterprise representatives were present. 
 
Ding Lixin, deputy secretary of SIP Party Working Committee and director of SIP Administrative Committee, presided over the meeting. Wu Qingwen, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of SIP Party Working Committee, made a work report, revealing that SIP’s GDP reached RMB 131.67 billion (up 6.6% year-on-year) from January to June. Representatives of SIP Customs, Jinji Lake CBD authorities, SIP Administrative Examination and Approval Office and China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co Ltd spoke at the event.
 
 
Moreover, SIP Action Plan for Business Environment Optimization was released, containing 30 policies designed to facilitate business operations in SIP, and a new on-line service platform was launched to provide efficient services for local enterprises and residents.
