SIP endeavors for continuous improvement of administrative services

SIP authorities have made remarkable achievements in recent years in seeking continuous improvement of their services.

"Smart Community", an on-line one-stop administration system, was operationalized in July 2015 to enable local residents to acquire various handy services easily and quickly. The system currently offers 63 kinds of services to meet the residents' needs for healthcare, social insurance, house renting, career assistance and so on.

Concurrently, the "All-round Community Staff" initiative provides great support for the operation of the "Smart Community" system. It includes a series of training programs designed to help local administrative staff enhance their ability of providing comprehensive services to the residents based on the system.

Moreover, the expanding use of big data has helped SIP authorities significantly improve their work efficiency. Unified databases and information sharing platforms have been set up and connected with information networks at city, provincial and national levels to ensure better public services for the residents.
