The YRD Regional Cooperation Office (YRDRCO) delegation led by Ma Chunlei, YRDRCO director, deputy secretary general of Shanghai People's Government and director of Shanghai Development and Reform Commission, visited SIP One-stop Service Center on Mar 7 for a survey on SIP's exemplary administrative services.

Founded in Shanghai last year, YRDRCO aims to facilitate integration of the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region that generally comprises Shanghai and 26 cities in East China’s Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces. The tour was expected to help roll out SIP's good practices in administrative services across the region.

At the center, the visitors gained a better understanding of SIP's moves aimed at improving services for local enterprises and residents by simplifying administrative procedures, delegating powers to lower-level administrative offices while enhancing supervision, as well as its achievements so far.

They also watched the operation of SIP's "On-line Service Supermarket", a web-based platform launched in 2014 to match enterprises' demands for outsourcing services with the suppliers, and showed intention to introduce the innovative service mode to other administrative authorities in the YRD region.
