A group of staffers from SIP Tax Bureau recently visited New Era Group, an SIP-based cultural, sports and exhibition business operator, and expounded on local tax policies and related administrative procedures to the participants from the company's headquarters and tens of its subsidiaries.

At the event, the bureau's staffers explained in detail the bureau's responsibilities, local tax collection mechanisms and new policies concerning individual income tax (IIT). They also introduced to the participants an App for IIT declaration and answered their inquiries about various tax-related issues.

The event was well received by the participants. The bureau disclosed that events of similar kind will go on in the future to give more local enterprises a helping hand in dealing with tax affairs.
