Jiangsu Administration for Industry and Commerce launched the "One-Window" on-line business registration system in June for the purpose of facilitating founding and operations of foreign-funded enterprises in Jiangsu province. SIP Administrative Review and Approval Office recently revealed that more than 60 foreign-funded enterprises have been set up in SIP after registrations through the system, and the office is endeavoring to roll the service out to more businesses of the kind.

The system enables foreign-funded enterprises to save both time and energy by going through the required registration procedures on line. Moreover, their business information will be transferred to the country's business credit information system for easy handling of other administrative procedures during their operations.
