Mo, an SIP resident who is going to start her own business, received the business license from SIP Market Supervision Bureau on July 31, becoming the first person in the area to go through all the license application procedures on line.

The event marked the availability of easy paperless business license application service in SIP. This should be attributed to the recent reform among the province's administrations for industry and commerce (including market supervision offices) for the purpose of saving the applicants both time and efforts.

The new service allows the applicants to submit applications with competent authorities using a mobile App and the authorities to review the applications, make registrations for the businesses and disclose the results through an on-line system. The applicants only need to visit related offices once to get their licenses.
