Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) of China, the 41st Training Session for Talents from National Economic and Technological Development Zones started in SIP Training Management Center on Sept 5. A total of 60 executives from more than 50 national development zones in seven provinces participated. 

The event is part of MOFCOM's long-term training program designed to cultivate talents for development zones in the country. Since MOFCOM's Training Base for Development Zones was established in SIP in 2012, 39 training sessions of such kind have been held, attracting about 2,200 trainees from 165 development zones and 28 provincial departments of commerce. The training base has become a major carrier for cultivating talents for economic and technological development zones.
