A training course for improving comprehensive capabilities of commissioners, who work on introducing talents and intelligence, was opened at SIP Training Management Center on April 19.

Spanish and Japanese diplomats in sci-tech field, elites in talents and intelligence introduction field, person in charge of famous technology transfer institutions, intellectual property right advisors, and experts from University of North America were invited to give lectures to over 170 relevant commissioners from government departments, public units, institutions of higher learning, sci-tech institutions, enterprises, service agencies from around Suzhou Municipality, and to answer their questions and resolve their perplexity.
