Zhou Xudong, deputy secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee and vice director of SIP Administrative Committee, made a survey trip to Dushu Lake Science & Education Innovation District (SEID) on March 8.

He visited classrooms, labs and makers' spaces of Suzhou Research Institute of Southeast University and of NUS (Suzhou) Research Institute, where he learned about the higher learning education and scientific & technological innovation.

Zhou stressed that SEID, playing a leading role in scientific & technological innovation in SIP, should make continuous efforts to reform system and mechanism and inject more vitality into scientific and technological innovation.
