On the afternoon of July 8, Wang Xiang, Standing Committee Member of CPC Suzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of CPC Suzhou Industrial Park Working Committee, went to Xietang Sub-district and visited financially challenged Party members and people on government relief, an act being called upon during the study and practice campaign (to study the Party constitution and disciplinary rules, and the series of important speeches by General Party Secretary Xi Jinping, and to be qualified Party members), and had cordial talks with them about their families, their life and health conditions, and brought them the care of the Party and government by presenting them with "fund money of Party member's care".

To care for the disadvantaged groups is an important course of action for the Party members in the current study campaign to put the Party's ideal in practice and to live up to the requirements of the Party members. By calling on the Party members to care for the vulnerable masses of people, CPC SIP Working Committee encourages all Party members to identify themselves as vanguards in the cause of socialist construction.
