On the afternoon of December 31, Yang Zhiping, Deputy Secretary of CPC Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) Working Committee and Director of SIP Administrative Committee, led a visiting group to SIP Office of State Administration of Taxation (SAT) and SIP Local Taxation Bureau and gave festival greetings to their staff.

Yang listened to the briefings of both taxation authorities on the taxation work of the year 2015 and the analysis of the tax situation of next year, gave full appraisal with sincere thanks to their efforts in contributing to financial revenues of SIP in the finishing year of the "12th 5-year plan", and required that the both taxation authorities take initiatives to plan for and cope with the challenging situation in the new year. He encouraged the tax departments to achieve new glories in reforming the taxation administrative system, exercising law-abiding administration, and providing convenient services to the taxpayers.

Under the active coordination of SAT SIP Office and SIP Local Taxation Bureau in 2015, SIP maintained steady growth in tax collection for the sixth consecutive year, and for the first time the local tax revenues of all items exceeded 20 billion yuan, and as a result, local public budgeted income of SIP amounted to 25.72 billion yuan, with an increase of 11.7% and ranking the top in terms of growth rate, net increase, and proportion to total revenue among all counties and districts of Suzhou.
