On the morning of March 24, Suzhou Industrial Park held a meeting on the work of land & real estate management at Modern Building to review and summarize the experience in the past year and assign tasks for 2015.

Last year, Land & Real Estate Bureau overfulfilled the task of fixed assets investment in real estate, won several awards by profit-oriented land use right transfer and integrated map of land & real estate, and gained recognition from Ministry of Land and Resources for intensive land-use level. In his speech, Yang Zhiping, Deputy Secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee and Director of SIP Administrative Committee, gave full affirmation to Land & Real Estate Bureau's positive contributions to SIP's economic & social development. But, faced with scanty land resources, pressure in requisition-compensation balance, heavy burden on efficient & intensive land use, several problems in property management and so on, Yang Zhiping urged all the staff to set higher goals, stricter demands and updated approaches to work out better solutions.

Yang Zhiping put forth 5 points of requirements for all the staff, namely, to push forward intensive land use, to take up regulatory responsibility, to promote stability of housing market, to raise level of property management and to enhance clean and honest administration, by in-depth implementation of the resolutions of superior departments of municipal, provincial and central levels and requirements of "environmental protection, intensive development & efficient utilization, rights & interests safeguard, and reform & innovation", for the ultimate purpose of opening new prospects of the land & real estate and making great contributions to SIP chapter of "China Dream".
