SIP Government to Make Administration Improvement Daily Routine

On the afternoon of October 15, CPC Suzhou Industrial Park Working Committee called a meeting reviewing and consolidating the results of learning and practicing the Party's "mass line", strengthening the construction of the Party's work style, and assigning tasks of "strictly administering the Party". The meeting was chaired by Yang Zhiping, Deputy Secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee and Director of SIP Administrative Committee.

General Secretary Xi Jinping of the CPC Central Committee made an important speech on October 8 about how to cope with the new situations and to be strict with the management of the Party organizations. Wang Xiang, Standing Committee member of CPC Suzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee, urged all local Party members and officials to study the speech, to understand the requirements, and to apply them in concrete actions.

Since February, 110 Party organizations and 34,909 Party members have participated in the study program, the authorities have made 2,505 inspections, organized 2,198 meetings, talked to 59,000 people, and collected 6,229 proposals and suggestions, among which 190 were sent to the offices in charge and SIP Working Committee required for timely corrections.

   

"There's only start and no end for the education on mass line," the Party leader said at the meeting. He emphasized that the local government would stick to high standards and stringent measures to carry out the principle of "Party keeping control of and administering strictly the Party organization", to create clean and honest political ecosystem, to establish long-term and effective mechanism, to make the construction of work style a daily task, and to educate Party members and to promote the sense of purpose.

Jin Ming, head of the second supervision team of CPC Suzhou Municipal Committee, recognized the results obtained by SIP, including the positive attitude, the combination of theory and practice, the leadership, and the involvement of the public. He urged local officials to take it as a new start instead of the end in order to make continuous progress, to strengthen the leading team, and to put the systems into practice.
