A team of staffers from SIP Center for Disease Control & Prevention (SIPCDC) has been visiting enterprises in SIP to lend them a hand in resuming operations amid the nationwide outbreak of pneumonia caused by the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV).
Based on SIP Administrative Committee’s instructions and the “Epidemic Prevention Guide for Enterprises” newly compiled by SIPCDC, the staffers are visiting the enterprises one by one, evaluating their conditions to determine whether to approve their resumption applications, helping them establish effective epidemic response mechanisms and giving the enterprises’ employees training on caution against the virus.
Statistics show that, up to Feb 2, the SIPCDC staffers had visited 183 enterprises and issued to 94 of them the approval for resumption of operations, including those making drugs and other products needed for the epidemic prevention and control.
