SIP Administrative Committee and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), a prestigious university in East China’s Jiangsu province,signed an agreement at SIP’s Modern Building on Jan 10 to set up an NUAA-affiliated middle school in SIP and cooperate in education reform, teacher training and innovative talent cultivation. 

 

Under the agreement, SIP No. 2 Senior High School will be renamed “Middle School Affiliated to NUAA”, and SIP Administrative Committee and NUAA will respectively nominate members for the school’s governing body. 

 

Concurrently, NUAA inaugurated its Suzhou Alumni Activity Base in SIP, and designated SIP Xinghai Experimental Middle School, Suzhou High School Affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University and Soochow University High School as its major sources of students. 

 

Apart from that, SIP donated RMB 600,000 to NUAA as scholarships for its students.
