Wu Qingwen meets with Beckman Coulter Life Sciences president

Wu Qingwen, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of SIP Party Working Committee, met with Greg Milosevich, president of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences at Molecular Devices LLC, a global leader in life science analytical technologies, and his contingent on July 15. The two parties discussed details about exchange and cooperation in biotechnology.
 
It is learnt that Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, owned by Molecular Devices’ parent company Danaher Corporation, a Fortune 500 science and technology innovator headquartered in the United States, set up its global flow cytometer R&D and production headquarters in SIP in 2014.
 
In the event, Wu gave the guests a holistic picture of SIP’s economic and social development. He focused particularly on the local biomedicine industry, expecting to expand cooperation with the company in the sector. Greg Milosevich gave high praise to SIP’s business environment, and also showed expectations for deeper cooperation.
