The 5th SIP Old Xietang Street Cultural and Art Festival?is expected to take place from Apr 29 to May 20. The whole area will then be immersed in various cultural and art events.

Street theatrics will definitely be eye-catchers. This year's event will incorporate a series of improvisations and flash mob shows that represent popular modern performing art. In addition, a number of domestically renowned drama troupes will give performances.

Other events will include painting, calligraphy and photography exhibitions, book signings, public lectures on healthcare and DIY activities for both kids and adults.
