On April 15, the expansion project of the phase-III of BeautyCos, subordinated to the world-famous cosmetics company L'Oreal, was completed and put into operation after the construction from the end of 2014. The new plant, with the land area of 9,000-odd square meters, is expected to produce 200 million pieces of hair shampoo and hair care products each year to meet the growing needs of Chinese market.
