SIP One-stop Service Center Announces Top 10 Excellent Customers in 2010
 
Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) One-stop Service Center recently released the list of 2010 Top 10 Excellent Customers. At the awarding ceremony held in the Center on December 30, representatives of excellent received the award certificates, their faces beaming with joy. As an "Excellent Customer" election activity launched by governmental service department within its service range, it pioneered in the whole country and was also an epitome of the pro-business concept and continuous service innovation of the Center.

In September this year, SIP One-stop Service Center launched an activity electing Top 10 Excellent Customers with the aim to form a "service strategy" for customers' reference by summarizing their excellent handling experience, through which the Center, together with customers, strived for joint progress and further upgraded service.

After fierce competition, ten enterprise office representatives finally stood out as 2010 Excellent Customers, and were invited to work as 2011 Supervisors of the Center.

"Innovation cannot be done behind closed doors and the service handling experience is the source for innovation," said Sun Jingxia, Director of SIP One-stop Service Center. "The best service is passed through from mouth to mouth. To integrate enterprises' ideas and opinions into innovation by collecting excellent customers is a very good way to uplift service quality and fulfill the pro-business strategy."
