SIP Accounting Service Outsourcing Demonstration Base Unveiled
Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) Accounting Service Outsourcing Demonstration Base held a plate-unveiling ceremony on December 17 at SIPAC Building. The Base is believed to help to create a service structure with companies of different sizes, to attract more domestic and international top brands, to encourage the gathering of rising industries such as financial sharing centers serving multinational companies, and to explore market demand on the accounting service outsourcing.
There are at present nearly 60 professional accounting service providers in SIP, among which 16 are accounting firms and six are leading firms in the city, providing such new services as financial sharing centers for multinational enterprises and financial outsourcing.
SIP hopes to grasp the chance to actively introduce various innovative accounting services to meet the needs for the change of economic growth pattern. The tasks include to build a multi-layered service structure with companies of different sizes, to train and pool high-end professionals and comprehensive talents, to introduce in three years two to three accounting firms with securities and futures service qualifications and 20 medium-and-small-sized specialized firms, to recruit 200 Chinese Certified Public Accountants, to produce 1,000 outsourcing professionals, to double the size of accounting service outsourcing, and finally to make the Base the professional think tank serving local economic transformation and rapid growth of local enterprises as well as the training base for accounting outsourcing talents in the Yangtze River Delta Area and setting a good example for other national development zones.
