Chongyuan Monastery Soon to Be Completed

Chongyuan Monastery of Suzhou, with a history of over 1,500 years and rebuilt over a period of a year and 6 months, will be completed and inaugurated on Nov. 17, 2007 on Chenyan Bay, Yangcheng Island, SIP. The monastery consists of four sections with the temple area and the Isle of the Goddess of Mercy as major parts.
