Fuji Zerox Committed to China's Cycled Economy
A ground breaking ceremony was held on June 6 for Fuji Xerox Aike Manufacturing (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., an important resource-recycling project in SIP.
The new company occupies a land of 1.6 hectares with a total investment of USD 13 million. The parent company, Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd., is a joint venture of the Japanese-funded Fuji Film Group and US-based Xerox Group, founded in 1962 with a registered capital of 20 billion Japanese yen, and devoted to the development and production of copiers, fax machines, image systems, and office machines.
Always keen on the harmonious co-existence with environment in its business operations, Fuji Xerox has created a resource recycling system completely free of waste emission.
The project currently invested by Fuji Xerox in SIP is aimed to integrate the resource recycling systems in China and ultimately to realize zero emission of wastes on the Mainland. The advanced concept and technology will contribute significantly to the environmental protection and energy conservation in China.
