SIP’s First Township Administrative Service Center Unveiled
The “one-stop” administrative service is now available in a rural township of Suzhou. Shengpu Township, SIP, is the pioneer to establish such an administrative service center that came into operation from Nov. 28, marking an important step of the township to build up a service-oriented government in the course of deepening reform in administrative examination and approval system.
The Administrative Service Center of Shengpu Township now offers centralized service items in examination and approval procedures previously controlled by different government departments and, in doing so, greatly improved the speed and transparency of government functions in serving enterprises and the residents.
The center has opened six windows for corporate registration, planning, construction, applications, civil affairs, and family planning, which are closely relevant to the people’s livelihood and enterprise operation.
These windows have not only put into practice SIP’s policy of “convenience, benefit, and care for the residents” and the pro-business concept, but also are a showcase of the grassroots government profile.
