Singapore Procuratorial Delegation Visits SIP
Singapore Procuratorial Delegation at Dushu Lake Higher Education Park.
The 4-member Procuratorial Delegation of Singapore led by Mr. Lawrence Ang Boon Kong, First National Advisor of Singapore Procuritorial General, visited SIP Dushu Higher Education Park, International Technology Park, and the Exhibition of SIP Ten years' Achievements, accompanied by Zhao Zhikai, Deputy Municipal Procuratorial General. In the afternoon, The delegation met and had cordial talks with Chen Jianhong, Municipal Procuratorial General Shen Xiaoying, Vice-chairman of Sipac, and Xue Panlin, SIP Procuratorial General.
The Singapore delegation holds exchange and talks with Municipal and SIP procuratorial organs.
Procurator General Chen Jianhong extended warm welcome to the delegation from Singapore on behalf of the Municipal Procuratoriate, and gave the delegation a briefing on social and economic conditions and a detailed account of the functions, position, and roles of procuratorial organs in Suzhou. He proposed to enhance exchanges with the Singaporean counterparts to improve procuratorial work to ensure coordinated economic and social progress.
The Singapore delegation visits "SIP Ten Years' Achievements Exhibition".
Procuratorial General Xue Panlin also briefed the delegation on the general facts about the SIP procuratorial organ since its founding, and the plan to send procutators to Singapore on study tours as a means to adapt the successful experience of Singapore. Mr. Ang Boon Kong thanked the Chinese hosts for warm reception, and introduced the situation on social, economic and procuratorial work in Singapore. During their talks, the two sides agreed to strength exchanges and cooperation to promote mutual development in the work of procuratorial organs.
