SIP Holds Recruitment Meeting in USA for Chinese Students
Sept. 3, Suzhou Industrial Park held a recruitment meeting in Silicon Valley, USA, for Chinese students, at which Yang Zhiping, Vice-chairman of Sipac, gave a presentation of the development and construction of SIP and explained in detail the demands for talents and relevant policies for attracting talents.
Available at the recruitment meeting are over 50vacancies in some 30 SIP enterprises in the areas of planning, software, and service industries. About a hundred scholars, experts, and those studying at universities in the United States showed keen interest and expectations in the opportunity throughout the 3-hour-long briefing and lively exchanges.
The recruitment meeting was held with the support of Silicon Chinese Engineers Association (SCEA) and Chinese American Semiconductor Personnel Association (CASPA). Mr. Lin Qiguang, Director General of SCEA, attended the meeting and delivered a warm speech. Follow-up reports were carried in "World Daily", the Chinese newspaper with biggest circulation in Silicon Valley.
A similar meeting is to be held on Sept. 10 in the city of Boston.
