This was the key information released from the recent “Briefing on Service Industry Development” of Weiting Township, SIP.
At present, the area has some 100,000 inhabitants, and a busy downtown street, Jin Ling Road, is showing a degree of business growth. A plan is already made to allocate 1,000 mu of land for real estate development to boost the population here.
In the meantime, a complete system of service industries will be deployed along No. 312 State Highway and Shuang Yang Road, and the 33-kilometer-long shoreline of Yangcheng Lake will be devoted to the businesses of restaurants, entertainments, fitness centers, tourism and leisure activities. The widely reputed local produce, the “fresh-water giant crabs”, will add an unbeatable attraction to the thriving business here.
