Senior Management of Foreign Enterprises Being Localized
Management of SIP foreign companies are being localized. At the same time, many talents are willing to work in small and medium sized companies.
According to consultants in the HR companies, several years ago, senior management positions are usually taken by expatriates from the headquarters, as local talents are generally considered unqualified for the position. However recently things have changed. 15 per cent of the companies recruiting staffs wish to have local talents to be head of their Suzhou plants. Many companies would like to have local talents replacing expatriates.
At the same time, more and more young people start to take senior positions in the company, since young people tends to accept new idea more quickly. Young people around 30 with 5 to 6 years of working experience are preferred.
